Set for a civil trial as COVID-19 began impacting Colorado in earnest in mid-March, Denver trial lawyer Christian Hendrickson and his colleagues had to fight to keep the trial on the calendar. Then, as the shelter-in-place orders and court closures started, they had to adjust and pivot, on the fly, as the trial quickly transitioned from in-person to partially remote to fully remote in a matter of days. In this free webcast, you’ll get the chance to hear from an unsuspecting remote trial advocate about the journey and process, and practice strategies and lessons learned along the way, for remote preparations and trial presentation. This webcast features 30 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of live Q&A from the audience.
